We are happy to have them join us. Special fees are in place. Prepayment of the fees is greatly appreciated and will expedite entry to the events. The fee for a spouse or guest to attend a luncheon only is $35.00 per day. The spouse or guest needs to display a "LUNCHEON GUEST" badge which will be available, upon receipt of payment, at the conference registration desk. We also are offering a Per Day Attendance rate. This allows for admission to any of the sessions/activities being held that day. The daily rate for September 7 or September 8, including lunch, is $195.00. Daily rate for September 9 is $45.00. There is no lunch that day. Badges indicating "Daily Attendee" must be obtained in the same manner as above and worn for the day. Savannah area residents who plan to commute to the conference daily will not have to pay to park at the hotel.
