Conference News for 2013!

The Savannah Marriott Riverfront is again the host venue for the conference! The event takes place the week of September 10-13, 2013, with Exhibitor setup and Preconference Workshops beginning on Tuesday, September 10. The Opening Session will take place Wednesday, September 11 and the conference will adjourn before noon on Friday, September 13.

The Registration fees for attendees and exhibitors will remain unchanged and the same great deal has been negotiated with the Marriott for a $95.00 per day* room rate which included free parking and free wireless Internet. Extended Hotel Discounts apply September 7-14. To take advantage of these rates, please register early! In 2012, we had to use two overflow hotels.

We are extremely pleased to be returning to this venue which is at the end of Savannah’s historic and active visitor destination, River Street. All events are housed within the hotel venue, so you just walk from your room to any of the sessions or activities.

The conference hotel discount of $95.00 per day* is for a LIMITED TIME ONLY, including free self parking and free Internet access. You may upgrade your room, if you wish, for additional fees. The reduced rate is valid as long as the block of rooms is unfilled. After that, you may be still able to negotiate the rate if the hotel is not expected to be filled; but, there is no guarantee of this rate once the block of rooms is filled.
